	TechnologiesWe design, develop, manufacture and sell solar cells & modules only based on 
	crystalline silicon technology. 
	 KL Solar Cells are made from pure silicon that is then doped (treated with) with phosphorous
    and boron to produce an excess of electrons and a deficiency of electrons respectively to make a semiconductor capable of conducting electricity.
    The silicon wafers are shiny and require an anti-reflective coating, usually silicon
    nitrade.In the front side bus bars(silver)over blue anti-reflecting coating (silicon nitride) &
    in the rear side wide soldering pads(silver) over back surface field(aluminum) is
    printed & then let into the sintering furnace to complete the
    manufacture of solar cell. Each Cell is tested in a cell grader &
    optically sorted before sent to the customer.
	 KL Solar modules are arrays of interconnected 
	solar cells encased in a weatherproof frame. We produce standard solar 
	crystalline modules ranging from 20 W to 340 W in power output that are built 
	to general specifications for use in a wide range of residential, 
	commercial, industrial and other solar power generation systems. The 
	variation in power output is based on the conversion efficiency of the cells 
	used in our solar modules, as well as the types of cells.  We assemble 
	solar modules either from monocrystalline or polycrystalline cells. We also 
	design and produce solar modules based on our customers' specifications. Our 
	solar modules are sealed, weatherproof and able to withstand high levels of 
	ultraviolet radiation and moisture. We sell our modules under our own brand.

	Solar PV Power Plants - with

	It is possible to install a solar system that is independent of the 
	electrical grid. This is called an off-grid system, and it requires that the 
	solar panels are able to produce enough electricity to cover 100% of the 
	energy needs of the buildling. Most homes have higher electricity demand in 
	the evening or at night, so off-grid systems usually incorporate either a 
	battery (to store energy produced during the day), or a backup source of 
	energy (like a generator), or both.
